Bombay Glassware 2 is a bewitching collection of inspired and beautifully captured glass textures. From delicate strikes, to finger bows and textures created with a Cello bow. Including a deeply original and creativity inspiring ricochet bow style. Bombay Glassware will transport you to an ethereal otherworldly atmosphere, packed full of originality and nuance.
3. SKYPAD 2
SKYPAD 2 is the pad creating next generation on from its namesake. With a curated series of organic sound sources from Raw Cello bowing textures, to a series of guitar/ebow and special effects sounds like ‘tremors’, all available to be used in creating beautiful, rich and complex pad textures. With one of the more creativity inducing performances captured being a series of delicate and intricate live harmonised guitar performances that can link to the key you’re writing in (or chromatic), to add random but key specific harmonies to your works. With 3rds and 5ths poking through the mix in a shimmering series of random placement as you hold down an ever evolving pad.
4. YANGQIN
The Yangqin is an Asian variant of the Hammered Dulcimer Family. With a unique and characterful sound, born largely to the use of Bamboo Hammers which create an enchanting and distinctive texture. With soft (leather coated), hard (bare wood) and plucked options. Another unique texture Bamboo Hammers can create is a ricochet, or 'bouncing', effect due to their flexibility in comparison to other Hammers from various parts of the world. This instrument has meticulously and authentically captured this wonderful gem with all playing styles recorded in deep detail. With a huge 8 round robins per note, across 4 unique velocity layers. Giving each and every note a possible 32 variations per hammer style. With that number growing to 96 unique strikes per note when considering all hammer styles recorded. This instrument is perfect for injecting some Asian folk inspired textures into your writing, and will sit quite happily alongside a variety of ensembles.
