WHAT IS THE 'FULL' VERSION OF KONTAKT
A product that requires the 'full' version of kontakt, means the end user (probably yourself), will require a licence for a paid version of Kontakt from Native Instruments. There is a 'free' version of Kontakt called 'Kontakt Player'. But this is only able to be used for libraries that have licensed the player on the users behalf. Meaning the cost of the library will generally be higher due to additional licencing costs paid by the developer in order to offer a library that is compatible with the free 'kontakt player'.

The App can also provide a housing for all of your libraries from us, allowing for a faster way to load our libraries into Kontakt. HOW DO I LOAD A LIBRARY INTO THE FULL VERSION OF KONTAKT
There are multiple ways to get a 3rd party instrument loaded into the full version of Kontakt. As we use the PULSE downloader engine, this is an even easier process with our libraries than usual. Simply open your Pulse App, navigate to your library manager, and all installed libraries will be listed with 'open' as a button option on each library. From here a window will open with the library inside. Once here, simply double click on the Instrument and it will open in a new instance of Kontakt. Alternatively, you can have Kontakt already open, and simply drag and drop the instrument file into the Kontakt instance and it will load. You can also use Kontakt's inbuilt file searching system on the left of the Kontakt window. under 'Files'. Here you can navigate straight to the instrument location on your computer, and select direct from there.
I'VE MADE A PURCHASE, BUT HAVE NO ACCOUNT?
Purchases on our store can be made both as account holders and guests. So if you have made a purchase, and subsequently attempt to log into our store but are getting 'account not recognised' or similar, it is likely the purchase was made as a 'guest'. This isn't an issue, simply create an account after the fact and so long as you use the same email account as the one associated with your purchase(s), our store will connect the dots for you and link your purchases with your newly minted account.
WHAT ARE 'AWARDS POINTS'
Awards Points are basically a 5% back voucher created to the value of every order you place on our store. So spend £100 and you will receive £5 in recoupable vouchers in the form of individually generated discount codes to be used at checkout on future purchases with us. To redeem a code for yourself, ensure you are logged into your account (if you do not have an account yet but have made purchases as a guest, simply create an account using the same email you used to make the purchase(s) and our store will connect all the dots for you). Once logged in, navigate to the lower right hand corner of any page on our store and locate the golden present icon. From here you have a series of options, but one of them will be 'ways to redeem'. From here, you can redeem a unique discount code to the value of the points you have accumulated so far. The code will work on both full price and in-sale items, but will not work in conjunction with any other discount codes, as codes are not stackable generally.
